What is for lunch?
The School Nutrition Program remains committed to serving healthy, nutritious meals that are appealing to the students. Keeping the cost of meals affordable to our students is a priority.
Cost for Regular Student Meals:
Middle School Lunch $2.25
To add money to their lunch account, students are encouraged to bring a check made payable to GMS. Payment can be made in the morning before homeroom. A member of the lunchroom staff will be stationed in the commons area.
Lunchroom Prices and Policy for Charging:
Lunch student size = $2.25 (reduced .40 – parent must fill out request for reduced lunch for and turn in to the lunchroom)
Lunch adult size = $3.25
Extra milk = .40
Students may NOT CHARGE over 10 lunches. Lunch accounts are monitored. Please remember to track your child’s account and pay ALL charges in a timely manner. Lunch will not be given to students with excessive charges. It is the parent’s responsibility to provide meals for their student, whether purchased at school OR brought from home. Please NO commercial/fast food OR soft drinks are allowed in the building.
